About Us

Gathered To See The Kingdom of God Established in Columbus

The 5 Points Greater Columbus Apostolic Network (FPGCAN) is a Central Ohio network of ministry leaders who share a common vision and purpose: to live out the answer to Jesus’ prayer in John 17 by a radical love and unity that will cause the world to believe, enter the Kingdom of God, become disciples—and through kingdom living in all areas of influence—transform Greater Columbus and beyond.  As in the book of Acts, kingdom living includes lifestyle, words, deeds, and the miracle-working power of the Holy Spirit.

The 5PGCAN is part of the emerging second apostolic age; the first apostolic age being the Church as described in the book of Acts in the New Testament. We believe that an apostolic network is necessary for any region to become a prepared place, with prepared and equipped people who are actively transforming every area of society, as the Kingdom of God comes and His will is done in our midst.  A primary function and purpose for apostles and prophets is to be upward focused, seeing, declaring, and leading the way forward. Apostles and prophets working together bring about the unity and the biblical alignment needed for the Church to fulfill God's dream for our city.

5 Points Network is forming in the aftermath of the departure of Dr. Billy Graham.  An addendum document, Billy Graham’s Mantle by Lou Engle, is included with several prophecies concerning the departure of Billy Graham.  As you will see, the multiplication of evangelists, resulting in a massive harvest, is on God’s heart in this prophetic moment in history.  (download the entire prospectus)

STATEMENT OF FAITH

We believe the Bible to be the inspired, only infallible, authoritative Word of God. (1 Thessalonians 2:13, 2 Timothy 3:15-17)

We believe there is one God, eternally existent in three manifestations: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:19, John 10:30, Ephesians 4:4-6)

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, His bodily resurrection from the dead, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return in power and glory. (Matthew 1:23 John 1:1-4; 1:29, Acts 1:11; 2:22-24, Romans 8:34, 1 Corinthians 15:3-4, 2 Corinthians 5:21; Philippians 2:5-11, Hebrews 1:1-4; 4:15)

We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential. (Luke 24:46-47, John 14:6, Acts 4:12, Romans 3: 23, 2 Corinthians 5:10-11, Ephesians 1:7, 2:8-9, Titus 3:4-7)

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life. (John 3:5-8, Acts 1:8; 4:3, Romans 8:9, 1 Corinthians 2:14, Galatians 5:16-18, Ephesians 6:12, Colossians 2:6-10)

We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost—they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation. (I Corinthians 15:51-57, Revelation 20:11-15)

We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in Christ. (I Corinthians 12:12, 27, Ephesians 1:22-23)

We believe in the Church’s responsibility to the poor. We believe Jesus expressed in life and teaching that Christians have a financial and moral responsibility to help the poor, the disadvantaged, and the homeless, helping those in the faith as well as unbelievers. The definition of helping entails a responsibility to the total person physically, mentally, and spiritually. (Lev. 19:15, Psalm 82:3, Psalm 112:9, Proverbs 14:21, Matthew 11:5, Luke 14:21, James 2:5)

We believe that the ministries of evangelism and discipleship are the responsibilities of all followers of Jesus Christ. (Matthew 28:18-20, Acts 1:8, Romans 10:9-15, 1 Peter 3:15)

We believe God’s plan for human sexuality is to be expressed only within the context of marriage, and that God created man and woman as unique biological persons made to complete each other. God instituted monogamous marriage between male and female as the foundation of the family and the basic structure of human society. For this reason, we believe that marriage is exclusively the union of one genetic male and one genetic female. (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:5-6, Mark 10:6-9, Romans 1:26-27, 1 Corinthians 6:9

We believe that we must dedicate ourselves to prayer, to the service of our Lord, to His authority over our lives, and to the ministry of evangelism. (Matthew 9:35-38; 22:37-39; 28:18-20, Acts 1:8, Romans 10:9-15, Romans  12:20-21, Galatians 6:10, Colossians 2:6-10, 1 Peter 3:15)

We believe that human life is sacred from conception to its natural end and that we must have concern for the physical and spiritual needs of our fellow man. (Psalm 139:13, Isaiah 49:1, Jeremiah 1:5, Matthew 22:37-39, Romans 12:20-21, Galatians 6:10)
